Shipping Information

Our standard shipping is FREE as long as your order total meets the minimum order value of £29.90. Otherwise, the standard shipping fee is £4.90.

Returns:

If your purchase was below the minimum order value of £29.90 and you paid a delivery fee, this will be refunded if you return the entire order.

The process is divided into the following steps:

1) Processing time (1–2 days)

We process your order, verify its accuracy, and confirm receipt of payment. The order is then released for Phase 2).

2) Delivery time

Once the package has been packed, it is handed over to the shipping carrier, and you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the shipment may be sent in multiple partial deliveries.

Delivery from our distribution center to your shipping address currently takes 5 business days.
